I had a lovely experience at the bar. The bartender (Abel) was attentive and kind. She took very good care of me. It would have been a perfect experience, except another bar patron was complaining about 'stolen money'. This worried me as a current customer. However, I heard the bartender explain in detail the problem and watched her fix the issue. It reassured my faith in BWW customer service seeing her take the time to explain and remedy the issue. However, upon seeing the reviews I see he came in a public forum and lied about how the situation was resolved and continued to accuse her of theft. I felt duty bound to relay the correct story, as a regular customer to this establishment. God Bless and everyone check the ticket before you pay and accuse.✌🏻
Today I went to Buffalo Wild Wings. The service was great and the Mountain Dew Legend was good. I placed my order around 1150 and was informed at 1216 that my order (cheese curds) was all out for the day. What the F kind of establishment runs out of cheese curds 76 minutes after opening for the day??? So I was forced to order wings and wait another 20+ minutes for my food. Didn't even have time to eat as I had to be back at work by 1 PM. So that's why I am giving this place a four star review instead of five. The food and service were great, but if you want cheese curds, come as soon as they open or you won't get any!
The food was top-notch and our server did an excellent job. Had a slight issue with the hostess, Ash, when requesting a high chair for our kid. Maybe she was having an off day. We're optimistic about our next visit!
