As far as fast food goes it's ok. It's my daughter's favorite place so that's why I go. Fast and friendly enough albeit rushed while ordering and sometimes it's closed in the middle of the day. Inexpensive truly.

Most of our order was okay and the service was fast. But the shredded chicken soft taco was just lettuce and sauce with a hint of chicken. Come on taco bell, put some damn meat on your tacos!

Absolutely the laziest store ever. They NEVER get the order correct. How hard is it to check before you send it out?? Everything! Go back in and get the sighs and eye rolls... really?!? Just fill the order correctly. Other stores do a great job... Elgin just has lazy workers....

Check your order before you leave. I think this location has missed items in my order nearly every single time I've been there - and that's been no small number of opportunities. If you go here, just plan to go through the drive-thru twice every time. Not sure how it's possible to screw up orders every single time on every single shift, but they manage to do that here.

They for sure dealt with us. We had a bit of a annoying order, and they dealt with it. Of course it's fast food so you wont expect a million dollar meal, but the only bad thing was the way they put the food in the bag. It was thrown in there and my poor quesadilla was smushed. And the drinks were over iced. Other than that, it was great. Thank you taco bell.

No napkins, no sauce. Not that friendly.. I ordered BEEFY melt burrito... it was rice and cheese. A complete waste of time.

Staff was polite, service was fast, and food was good. This is the first taco bell I have ever seen that had outdoor seating. I'll post pictures. The outdoor seating is covered and has ceiling fans. We sat outside and ate because it was so cold inside. I would recommend this location.
