This is the friendliest and cleanest subway I have ever seen.. I use this subway regularly almost everyday . Every time I walk in they greet me and usually have my sub going.. the manager Jessica and her employees does a amazing job keeping the store clean and smiling faces all the time.. there always somebody wiping down and cleaning the lobby .... I would have to say this is the BEST SUBWAY EVER!!!!! They deserve subway of the year🥰🥰🥰

Amazing customer service. I made an order over the app, and it was wrong on both sandwiches. I told the kind man what was wrong and he took the receipt and made everything perfectly. He also compensated with a free bag of chips and cookies. The nicest folks and best customer service I’ve seen in fast food!

I love Subway and this visit was no disappointment. If I were to complain about anything at all, it would be that they always rush me to the checkout even if I'm still telling them what cheese lol. That is every subway I've been to though which is why I'm still doing 5 stars. Love the Ellisville subway!

This Subway is a very nice resturant. The employees are super nice! The place is always clean! The food is very good. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is sometimes when I go in, it smells bad. Its likely the lingering odor of sandwiches gone before. But, sometimes the smell is just overwhelming & not in a good way. (This smell is not unique to this store. I have smelled it in all Subway stores.)

This Subway location is excellent. The dining area, sandwich bar, and restroom are always clean. The service is quick and friendly. I frequent this location often and have yet to have bad service. If you’re looking for a quick bite and you're in the area I highly recommend this Subway location! #EatFresh
