We stopped in for Saturday brunch and the food was fantastic. Great combination of fresh ingredients. Brussel sprouts, egg and peppers over sweet potato bites- delicious.
The brewery inside was a nice feature as well. I got to enjoy a local pint from Pourman’s brewery all in one location.
Place was clean, service friendly and attentive and the music was on point.
Amazing food and beautiful refinished space! Val was amazing with recommendations and so sweet and pleasant to interact with! We had the pepper and jack burger and the momma likes sandwich. The momma likes sandwich definitely won, but the Brussel sprouts by far took first place. The house made dippy dippy sauces were on point orange marmalade vinaigrette and chipotle ranch. Marmalade vinaigrette maybe to thick for a salad but very good for dippy dippy. Cucumber basil lemonade on point for those who like it!!!!
Stopped by The Pressed Plate for lunch and it was delicious. The Dagwood special was massive and my kids devoured their chicken fingers and fries. Definitely try their custom sauces whether dipping your sandwich, fries or chips. The staff was very friendly. I would highly recommend when in town.

The Pressed Plate is the best restaurant in downtown Ephrata. The vegan options are simply incredible. I love the Sweet Quinoa Salad and the Garbanzo Burger BOTH with Orange Marmalade and modified to be vegan! The owner is kind and fun and the environment is hip!
Everything I've tried from The Pressed Plate has been DELICIOUS! It's fresh and made from scratch. Definitely our favorite food in Ephrata!
Such an amazing experience. The food is fantastic and fresh. Very good quality ingredients and great taste. Great atmosphere and love the creative menu items. Also love the unique story behind the place.
The mommy likes sandwich is very good. It's like the flavors of bruschetta in a sandwich. I love the taste. The zucchini chips are also very good. They can be eaten by hand or utensils, however you prefer. While they are a seasonal special, I believe they definitely earn a permanent place on the menu.
I love the attention to detail to the place. Everything from the decorations to the presentation of the food.

My friend and I went in for a late lunch yesterday. It was LOVELY!!! The restaurant is VERY clean (as are the restrooms!), and the food was DEVINE! My friend and I both got a fruit smoothie, she with whole milk, me with Almond Milk. Both DELICIOUS, I liked mine better, but to each their own ;-)
We got the spinach artichoke dip to share. The dip was savory and had a unique seasoned taste (unlike that pre-made dip you get ANYWHERE else) , this was served with crispy house made chips that were warm and just salty enough. I got the pulled pork Rueben and the crispy Brussel sprouts, SOOOOOOO good!! Even the re-heated leftovers for dinner!!! Best part? They have vegetarian options too! I got my vegetarian roommate a "Veg-Out", he LOVED it and said he'd be taking his vegetarian girlfriend to try as well!!
Service was great, you do need to place your order at the front counter, but they then serve your food to you when ready and continuously (but, not annoyingly) check on you to make sure all is good.
My friend and I really enjoyed ourselves and the quiet atmosphere allowed for us to catch up!!! Thank you so much! I know I'll be back!!!

I ordered the Grilled Chicken Cuban sandwich, upgraded to a side of fries with garlicky ketchup. The entire meal was delicious! The owner/chef made sure my friends and I were well taken care of. Definitely would recommend!
This place is awesome. It is very well decorated. Seating was great. Clean. And they were very helpful. I had two kids long and my friend had one and they were very accommodating.Highly recommend them. We had the Cuban sandwich and the mama with meat (I forget the correct name) and they were both marvelously delicious.
