I asked for extra sour cream and extra corn salsa. I dont see the sour cream hardly and maybe a half scoop of corn. Super disappointed. I guess ordering online isn't reliable. 😞

Ordered through the Chipotle app: a BURRITO with brown BROWN rice, chicken, black beans, light lettuce and CHEESE. Ended up with a BOWL, WHITE rice and NO cheese. Are you serious? How can you mess that up? Those directions are SIMPLE.

I worked at chipotle for 2 years and there's no better ran store than this one. The food is always great and the staff is always nice. Most consistent location in NKY.

Basic Chipotle. Sometimes it is good and sometimes it is not good. Lately, it has been better. May update the raiting in a few months to keep it current.

This chipotle location isn’t too good. The portions are always bad for some reason and I much prefer other locations. The workers are also more lazy and mean.

This has been my go-to store location for years and has never let me down once. Great service from the team, orders always perfect, and pickups always on time. Very clean and well-stocked.

Great food and great staff. My son is absolutely hooked on Chipotle! We have to go here for lunch a couple times a week and sometimes I believe he would eat here every meal. If you are looking for a great burrito or bowl, this is the place for you. I highly recommend it for lunch or dinner.
