Tropical Smoothie Cafe Fairfax

20211011 2nd time here. This time I did in store pick up. This place looked so clean and smelled so yummy! I was waiting for my smoothie to be placed by the mobile pick up area if the counter. As it turned out, I had to let the employee know because he kept them behind the counter. Not sure why they don't keep the smoothie in a fridge like the Herndon location does. Anyway, the Avocolada is delicious! I have been drinking these smoothies as meal replacement for a week now and I am seeing slimming down around my waist. Woohoo!! Well, I'm also watching the amount of food and what I'm eating. 20211010 First time here. 4th Tropical Smoothie location in less than a week. Placed a mobile order... took pictures of the store while waiting for my curbside pick up with my pups ... oh my, read some reviews of this location, and so many negative reviews... I hope my experience will prove the negative reviews wrong... 🤞🙏... this location seems very busy with customers coming in and out of the store. It's a good sign because if this location is as bad as the reviews said, why so many customers. I'm hopeful... after waited awhile after the status said "completed", I decided to give them a call. They answered right away, informed my name, and out come the young man with my Avocolada. Its delicious!!! 😋😋😋 Thank you!! I don't know if the app has-been updated, but this location of the 4 I went to is the only one that I can add tip with my mobile order. I hope they will all allow that. It would make tipping so much easier.
