There is a male hiring manager who denied to hire me, even though they need people. I have 2 years of experience in fast food service. Never fired, never quit. His excuse was that its summer and more minors work day shifts and night shifts. I put my availability as free 7 days a week, any shift, willing to accept call ins/ replacement. There isnt a labor shortage, its because they dont want to hire people.

I'm not sure about other burger King locations but the location on route 20 in fairview is by far the best. They have never messed up an order for me. Always polite to order from and they always get the kids meal orders correct. Girard Macdonalds has messed up just about every order for me. So this is my go to now.

Fairview can't take a correct order totally messed up the chicken Jr deluxe, gave me a chicken King, mozzarella sticks with no marinara sauce, and New southern avocado BK sandwich asked for no onion and the avocado, tomato and sauce on the side the girl said no problem and got nothing asked for but a dry sandwich with lettuce

I feel like I got jipped, I ordered a large onion ring and all I got was like the bottom half filled with french fries probably like six onion rings at most on top of it with a single chicken nugget...like what even.

I come to this location often and have seen great improvement in the past few months. Lots of new staff and management. They all seem happy to be there and genuinely make it so that visits are pleasurable. Keep up the great work!

Meh, feel like burger king is falling off being the king of burgers. Not great, the classic chicken sandwich is always cold with far to much mayo...swimming in mayo. A condiment should be subtle and cheese should be melty..not hard.

This location used to be great but recently (especially today) it’s the worst. They were not busy at all so I’m not sure why (again) our order was wrong, buns were super stale, burgers super dry… no mayo, ketchup, one lousy piece of bacon (on a stacker) 🤦♂️…..
Forgot our sauces we asked for….
Unbelievable.
This wasn’t the first time either….
Horrible.
$35 WASTED.
Hate to say it but lately, I’ll go eat country fair food before this location…. Or McDonald’s 🤷♂️

I’ve given this establishment numerous opportunities to prove me wrong. Wrong orders, missing items (multiple times) and now rotten chicken. The newest deluxe chicken sandwich even!! I will say that all orders mentioned (minus today’s) had been corrected upon my next visit. Though, the manager himself deflected blame to “my lacking 14 year old employees”.
BK has always been my go to fast food. Not anymore 👎🏻
