I went to get some lunch after some shopping. I got some nuggets and a water. Unfortunately I can't drink cold water so I asked the young man Jovante (sorry if misspelled) if they had room temperature water. He went out of his way to ensure that I got what I wanted. Thanks for the amazing service.

As always the food is hot, fresh, and delicious. The service is always fast & friendly no matter which location I go to. I don't know that I can say they've ever messed up an order either (which is EXTREMELY rare for fast food)
