This location is constantly locking their doors WAY before the posted hours of operation. I tried to go in today at 6:51 - the open sign was in, workers weee inside but the doors were already locked. This is probably the third time I have tried to stop and the doors are locked well before operating hours say they should be closed. This is awful service and the place is missing out on SALES! Stay open until you’re supposed to, like all the other subways do.

Drive thru only why???? There was literally nobody in the parking lot some people are have used COVID to there advantage who wants to to have there sandwich made by drive thru. workers are lazy want to not be seen big empty subway just a waste will not spend my money there

Went there for lunch for myself and coworkers, wanted to do 3 different orders but they would not let me so I could give the correct change back to each employee. Then when I ordered was told they no longer have Italian dressing, which don’t make sense when you have Italian subs. Not a very friendly crew there! We will not be going to subway anymore especially this one

Nothing except a taped sign on the door says that they’re only serving drive-thru customers. Since I walked a mile with a baby in a stroller, I couldn’t go in drive-thru. A call verified the server was there but refused to take an order that wasn’t drive-thru. You’ve lost my business and any other foot traffic, which is a large portion of Ferndale.

Terrible customer service at 5:16p.m. today. Tells me to wait there are 9 sandwiches before me. Yet there was one car in the line. Actual customers on site should Trump online orders. 😝👎🏽

Both employee and manager were extremely rude to my grandmother and argued with her because she forgot she wanted her sub on Italian herbs and cheese instead of regular Italian, completely unprofessional, i recommend choosing a different subway location

There was only one person working and he was doing his thing! The subs were great and the order was 100% accurate. Definitely recommend having more than one person working though.
