I went to my first fish boil and it was awesome. You have to make a reservation because they fill up fast. They will tell you the check in time and when you arrive, you will head out back to the fire pit where they are boiling your dinner. It’s cozy sitting outside in the cool October night watching your dinner boil and sipping on wine or beer. The chef will give you a short history on how the fish boil came about. After the fish and potatoes are done, you will head inside and the server will dish you up potatoes and the fish. Once you sit down the waitress will help you debone your fish for you. They have wonderful bread and slaw on the table. Our waitress was very friendly. She came around several times to see if we wanted more fish. At the end of the meal we had some yummy cherry pie and vanilla ice cream. I would recommend if you have never been to a fish boil to go to The White Gull Inn. The best place in town.

The White Gull Inn is the first place we head to when we return to Door County. We always share the corned beef hash and stuffed cherry French toast. The corned beef hash is the best that we have ever had and we love the cherry French toast. Go, you won’t be disappointed.

The food, the staff, the place... everything was perfect! Our waitress was absolutely the best there is. Unfortunately I forgot her name but she was a lady from Poland. Definitely will be back for more as soon as possible. Thank you!
