Went in to place an order to go since my windows don’t work. The place was very clean, everyone had masks and gloves on. Someone instantly greeted me and the staff was polite and efficient. Overall just a good experience and nice to see a team work together to make sure a customer is being helped.

Love Zaxby’s Cobb salad, I get it with everything but the meat because I’m pescatarian. Great customer service and my children love eating from there.

Never had and issue with zaxby's. These people must go to some kind of restaurant customer service boot camp. I mean top notch, these dudes are on it everytime. As negative as I guess most of my reviews are zax blows it out of the park. The only tiny little gripe I have is some times the food can get repetitive. But that's only if you eat there everyday like I was doing at one point. Lol
