Reviews of Ihop

First, the restaurant was very dirty. Should have turned around and left when I saw that. I got my soda in a glass that had dried up food on it. Again, should have left at that. Ordered my food. Guess the cook thought I made a mistake, because he gave me what he thought I should have. Now I had to wait while they cooked my actual order. In the meantime my friend got and ate her meal. I will absolutely never go there again. There are too many good restaurants out there that actually care and try.

Sitting over a hour for food send back to be cooked longer! Everything was terrible but the coffee and water. I asked for well done scrambled eggs and got watered Down greasy eggs. Asked for crispy bacon no soft parts. Got all four slices with soft bacon. After food was sent back it was returned with hard bacon and wet scrambled eggs! I’ll never come back again and will advise others to don’t go as well!!!

I do not want to give it any rating! Our waitress turns out was the Manager! I ordered 1 egg fried with grits and a coffee and water. I was charged separately for each 8.44 total. I never got water or refill for coffee. There were two men cooking and there were two other tables with three people each. They were eating. And one person waiting for a take out. I know businesses are short of help, but this was not the case. A young waitress came on shift and I called her over to ask for the bill and let her know what had happened. She says well she's not a waitress she's the Manager! You should be able to expect better from people you put in charge of a business and to set examples for people working there! I want return here for breakfast here I am sorry!

I ordered a BLT sandwich and it was brought to me with no tomato and no bacon on half of the sandwich. The waitress did order me another sandwich and they brought it back and the same thing happened there was no tomato on half of the sandwich and they also brought the sandwich bag made on a different type of bread. After that service was very poor we had asked for everything including Drink refills. The lettuce that was on half of the sandwich was bad as the picture will show. My husband ordered French toast and there was no cinnamon on it and when he asked for some they don't put it on theirs. Our IHOP has really gone downhill. When my husband paid the waitress even turned around and asked if he wanted any change back. In all our years of eating out we have never had a waitress asked us if we wanted our change back. They all bring our change back and ninety-nine percent of the time we tell them to keep it or we go ahead at the time of payment and tell them to keep it. I do not think we will be going back anytime soon, if ever.

I would normally never step foot in an IHOP but I was desperate for coffee and breakfast driving down 95. Cornell, my server had a very upbeat and positive attitude. Made my experience friendly and inviting. My food However was a mess. Worst coffee I ever tasted and it was a fresh pot because my first cup was served filled with grinds in it and cheese on the side of the mug. I ordered over medium eggs and was served eggs that were hardly over easy, completely gooey with white slim. The menu offers turkey bacon but I was told they only had turkey sausage. I was completely okay with that and it was the best thing on my dish. My toast was served dry and no butter on side or table. Not Really sure where the problems start in this place but cleanliness, laziness, and lack of organization seem to stand out.
