I always look forward to my trips to Denver because it means I can visit Thai Pot Cafe. They have a great selection of vegan options, and the food is consistently delicious. I started with the Fresh Spring Roll Tofu as an appetizer, which had a satisfying crunch and came with a ridiculously good peanut sauce. For my main course, I had the vegan version of Pa Kee Mao (Drunken Noodles) with tofu. The portion was generous, the sauce was flavorful without being overpowering, and the noodles had a nice texture. Although I would have liked more Thai basil, the dish was still enjoyable. I couldn't resist trying the Mango & Sticky Rice dessert, which was a delightful in-house-made treat. Overall, my family and I had a great dining experience at Thai Pot Cafe, even though it was a bit pricey. It's definitely worth a visit.

This restaurant delivers big in the taste department. My family and I love it, the staff always treats us like we are VIP's. The atmosphere is laid back, real neighborhood spot.

It's been basically take-out since the pandemic started and now they're cash only, though there is a Zelle option in store. The food is still good with ample portion sizes.
