So excited to finally have an amazing all vegan option in Fort Collins. We tried out their Sunday brunch menu and it was on point. The breakfast tacos were so yummy and the bagels are also something not to miss. They were sold out of English muffins which probably means they are delicious. Their juices and the locally brewed basil grapefruit kombucha was so so good. This is definitely going to become our new regular weekend brunch spot.

Absolutely delicious. The service was wonderful, happily spirited staff, a wonderful chef (Taylor) and one of the coolest guys I've met. The breakfast taco plate was phenomenal and the vegan aioli sauce made the dish stand out. Most definitely eating again!

I'm not vegan or vegetarian, but I like to try new foods and restaurants regardless, and I've eaten from their Silver Seed food trailer several times. My meal at Gold Leaf was amazing! So beautiful, fresh, and unique. It felt like a treat for my palate; like I was doing something special for my body and soul, and enjoying the fruits of the local land without it being at the expense of any animals. Wonderful! Thank you Taylor et al!
