The perfect place a for a delicious healthy Italian meal in downtown Fort lauderdale. With a variety of snacks and coffees, the menu is varied and features homemade pasta! There are a number of deals and even a happy hour. The staff is attentive and friendly, especially the owner. Make sure to try it out!

I really liked this spot. It's a mix of sit down Italian euro cafe with a quick service, made to order coffee and sandwich joint. The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. Food is made fresh with very good attention to flavor balance. Surprisingly they also offer fresh juices for $4 that are amazingly refreshing. I tried a sample of the day and immediately ordered one to go with my meatball sandwich. It was a fresh mix of herbs, citrus and finished with fresh juice. I highly recommend stopping by to try one of their juices on the way to the office or to help get through an afternoon of meetings.
