I ordered the fried clams, fish, and shrimp plate. It comes with delicious freshly made hushpuppies, and your choice of 2 sides. It was all very good. That's a crab cake on a bun in one of the pictures. Fresh real crab meat. I also recommend it. The fried coconut shrimp is always a treat. I have eaten at this same Shrimp Shack since 15 years or so ago. Taste and flavor of their seafood has been consistent all these years. My favorite spot when I'm in Fort Myers visiting with my daughter.
If you find yourself in Ft Myers FL. And want to a really tasty place to eat. Run to the Shrimp Shack. Where the prices are reasonable for the seafood delights. With a verity of dishes and great deserts. The servings are half and full size. And the service is friendly smiles and assistance with your menu while keeping your drink full. The atmosphere is welcoming from the moment you come to the moment you leave.
It’s exactly as described online. The white fish was very good. I love their cole slaw. It was cold, crisp, and sweet. The hush puppies were perfect and the coconut shrimp was the best I’ve ever had.
This is a little gem!!! Wow, the food was delicious. We had clam chowder, hushpuppies, fish and chips, you pick two shrimp, and a grouper sandwich. Gloria took great care of us. We will be back……yummmmmmm❤️
This is a really good place; hav a variety of items in the menu, my waiter was super nice, good food, affordable prices and nice and clean tables. So definitely I'l come back

It's a good restaurant with an affordable menu and good seafood selections. The waitress was quick to come to the table and the food was delivered quite properly. The lobster roll left a little to be desired being somewhat dry. All in all though I would recommend this as a quaint locals experience.

We were visiting the Fort Myers area and friends of ours recommended Shrimp Shack because of their amount of menu options. We sat outside in the middle of a Sunday afternoon. Our server, Gloria, was great. She gave us the time needed to select our meal, stopping by and answering all of our questions. When our meal came out, we were pleasantly surprised by the portion size. The meal was delicious and filling. So much so, we did not need to eat for the rest of the day. We had hoped to return for one more visit before heading back home, but couldn't squeeze it in. I will definitely be back next time I'm in the area.

We recently visited for the first time. We were quickly greeted warmly, and our server was very nice and made some great recommendations. The corn bites were very flavorful and the dipping sauce delicious. Broiled sea scallops fresh and well seasoned. Onion rings were over fried for my taste, and the green beans were a over cooked and not fresh. The hushpuppies were outstanding.
Definitely very large portions and reasonable prices.

Although the dishes are simple, they really taste very good. I had no expectations since the dishes seemed to be the regular ones that are sold in the area in similar restaurants, but it was very nice to feel different flavors in these dishes. I think they are some of the best onion rings I've ever tried, crispy, fresh and very well seasoned, super recommended clam shower! carefully prepared. The attention was very good and the speed at which the dishes are served is the same!!! We didn't wait more than 5 minutes to have the appetizers and a few minutes later the dishes. the average price of $16 per plate was very good. In general, a very good option for light seafood dishes.
This was our 1st visit and we weren’t disappointed. We were immediately greeted and seated. Our server was Gerry and she was fantastic. It didn’t take long for the appetizers and the food to be served. Everything was good. The broiled white fish (Swai) was somewhat bland. The dining area and women’s bathroom were very clean. We didn’t have desserts but they looked extremely delicious.
