All the firehouse sub restaurants are clean, efficient, great staff and the food is fresh, delicious and comes in large portions. The price may be higher but for the quality,and quantity it is well worth it no matter which of their establishments you go to. Extremely satisfied every time I go. Be ready for a treat!!
Hands down, the best sub sandwich that I've ever had in my life. The employees are great, and that's what makes this place a 5-Star establishment.
Awesome management here ! Placed order and asked for cheddar cheese on my turkey sandwich but came out with mozzarella. It was still very tasty so I didn't say anything. After sitting and taking a few bites, I'm going to assume she was a manager, called my name and came to us. She said she saw orders and noticed mine was incorrect but it was already sent out. She apologized for the error but I told it was fine because it was still good and thanked her. A few moments later she came back with a treat for error. She was truly the best and on top of everything going on! She was awesome! Definitely will be going back!
If you come here, you will never waste time at a Subway again. This place is great, some of their sandwiches are a tad pricey but you're paying for what you get. The quality and quantity is good for what you pay for. The sandwiches are fresh and the employees are helpful when it's your first time. Tons of hot sauce to choose from as well. Worth it.
The staff are very nice and friendly you can tell they soon to enjoy their jobs we met the general manager tonight and she was really nice too the food is always good and it's an easy in and out location
I placed a catering order for our department meeting. The food was delicious and was a great way to show the team how much they are appreciated. Liz and Mandi were wonderful to work with when placing the order and the man who delivered the order was courteous and polite. Definitely a success!
Wow! My experience in this store was awesome. As soon as I walked in I was greeted with friendly smiles and welcomes. Lisa was very nice and friendly. She made my sub with pleasure. Connie was amazing! She took my order and I've never seen such a cheerful, pleasant, friendly cashier. The customer service here is exceptional!
