Came here for lunch and the experience was superb. Cristopher was the server and he went the extra mile to make sure our table had our cups full of drink all the time and our food arrived on a timely fashion. 100% good experience
Our server was amazing! Our food was delicious! Drinks were on point also! Felt like they are taking covid very serious and my husnad and I felt like it was a safe clean place to eat at! Will definitely be back!
Omg shawna hooked us up on the last two pretzels which made my granddaughter’s night excellent. Patrick was an awesome server and the hostess was very charming. Love this place!!!

Had a great time celebrating finishing school with my friends. Drinks were great and so was the food. Just wished I had a DD so I could drink more of their great drinks.

First walked in and no one was there to seat me so since it was just me I sat at the bar. Bar service was good tonight as it was a tag team affair. Food wise...its just liked a remembered it from a year ago..I say that cuz I was in China for a year. Although there was a Fridays in South Korea.
TGI Fridays at Bell Tower Shops in Fort Myers is a fun place to get a great meal. This restaurant is clean with friendly staff. The entrance and main seating area is ADA accessible. The bar area has a couple of steps but there is an ADA accessible area to the bar near the restrooms.
I have experienced many years of great food, drinks and service at this Fort Myers TGI Fridays.
Had a great experience there. The food was nice and hot, the service was excellent, and I'd recommend it to anyone. The only thing that i would nitpick would be the overhead lights above the booth area. They were hanging waaaay too low. Like it came down to my girlfriends forehead and it was huge lol. A little awkward to have a conversation with that dangling distraction, but it was manageable. Overall a great experience though. The spinach & artichoke dip was the bomb. We will be back, but we might grab a table instead of a booth next time haha.
