Hook Fish & Chicken, Dr. MLK Blvd., Ft.Myers,Fl., Here is my 2 cents on the food and chit chat.
My entree catfish filets fries and cole slaw.. The fish was fried to perfection crisp on outside moist inside. Small portion of slaw but tasty.
The chicken is only wings from what I saw on the menu.
Everything is given to go. Though you can sit and eat. It may be set up for fast food but it not. Everything is made when you order. I believe you can call ahead and order.
Staff nice and quick.
Here is my 2 cents on the food and some chit chat. This is a small chain place that serves up fried seafood and a bit of chicken.. You can classified it as fast food BUT it is not so much. Each order is made when I ask for. I went for the classic 3 piece catfish fillet about 12 bucks. With that I got a very small portion of commercial brand cole slaw and french fries. The fries had a bit of the corn meal coating on them. Which I am sure was not by design. The fillets were crispy outside and moist and flaky inside. It was good over all. You come here for the seafood not the ambiance.( There is a drive thru window)
Folks were cordial though not too enthusiastic . It is located on the edge of a not too safe neighborhood of Fort Myers. But I felt safe and secure.
So if you need some fried fish and want to come as you are , please check this place out.
Food was very fresh and good. Plus the price was really decent. Coming from Miami/broward we are use to snappers. And hook is equally as good, if not better. Quote me in this.
A lot of food for a good price! Everything was delicious, the temperature was hot and perfect, and the service was great! We ordered the jumbo shrimp, chicken, and kids fish & chips.

Moe yusef and yasin with the best customer service 🔥🔥The food was fresh. The fish was great chicken season, perfectly family friendly. This is of Martin Luther King Blvd. in Fort Myers, Florida serviced well and well maintenance, these Arabs are A1.
I’ve been here many times; the grouper, shrimp, snapper, and wings are all amazing and it hits the spot every time I visit. The food is always ready quickly and hot. Great place to visit on lunch hour. Highly recommend to all.
Have passed this restaurant for years and finally stopped in for lunch after leaving the Fleamasters Flea market. Went through the drive thru and ordered catfish nuggets and fries with extra lemon. Received my order and it was hot, as in straight from the fryer. I was going to wait until I got home to eat this but it smelled so good I opened it up and started eating it. Two things to mention: asked for extra lemon and there was no lemon, second it was way too salty. I could see the salt sitting on top of the catfish. This did not stop me though because the cornmeal breading and catfish had the flavor I loved when I was a kid in NC and it was delicious.
So will I return? No question of that, I'll just request a light salting and please, extra lemon. Don't miss eating here because it is delicious at reasonable prices.
