The vehicle prices at Victory Lane could not be beat!! If you are looking for a no hassle, no pressure service during your vehicle hunt, ask for Josh or Hannah. From my first visit to the actual day we purchased the truck, I worked with Josh & Hannah. Their service was incredible!! This was one of the easiest purchases I've made. They also checked in a few weeks later to make sure I didn't have any questions about the truck.

Our experience has always been incredible. Everyone has treated my husband and I very well, it is the second car we bought there with the same saleswoman Hannah, this time with her partner Josh, who helped us make the new purchase and of course the financier. It started with an online inquiry, which put me in contact John. I was upfront with my request wanting to know the out the door cost and he was just as upfront with cost plus TTT. No haggling, no additional fees. Requested a test drive that afternoon. Everything went well, asked questions and no pressure buying. Since the car is for my teen son who is in high school, I really needed him to test drive. His school, work, sports schedule during the week put us for test driving on the weekend. The vehicle was priced right to sell and I would run the risk of someone coming in behind me and getting it. But the used car sales manager, Mike, offered to drive the car to my sons work, Ft Myers to Cape Coral, so he can test drive that same day. This kind of customer service is above and beyond, and most appreciated. The next day I purchased the vehicle. I provided all the information, financing pre approval, insurance prior to coming in and at the end of my work day all I had to do was review and sign contract documents. In and out within 30min. Overall, this has been my easiest car buying experience I’ve ever had.
I’m so happy we found this place. My check engine light came on and everywhere we called said they couldn’t do a diagnostic for 2-3 weeks. The lady on the phone at Victory Lane said we could bring in my car and leave it there in case there was an opening. So we brought it in and the man who helped us was outstanding. He managed to have the diagnostic done AND replace the batteries in no time! I think his name was Tyler Beams? He’s a real gem and you have some loyal customers now! Thanks again!
We had a great experience buying an equinox over the weekend. Our salesman was kind and courteous. He answered all of our questions and explained the differences between trims and even brought different models out to see.
