The amount of times that I have ordered from this Chipotle is embarrassing, but it has been worth it. Over the years certain things have gotten worse. Specially the dining area. It has gotten to the point of me preferring to only do take out and delivery from this location because the tables are usually messy (used utensils, napkins, drinks, etc) as well as the bathrooms. The messy customers share some blame, but the responsibility falls back on the staff as this is just a part of the food service industry.
The next thing is staff, which they are usually nice and efficient. They're not always consistent and the lack of either effort, concern, or other outlying issues that keep the dining area and bathrooms from being clean is disheartening. Overall they're above average.
Lastly is the food. This Chipotle is on it about 8 out of 10 times. They're are times when I order delivery and the bowls come a little skimpy, but usually they're beautiful bowls like the one I posted. The food quality is usually good. They're very consistent when it comes to food, but not perfect. It is best to go in and watch your order be made for take out.
All in all, worth going for take out and hopefully the cleanliness will improve and they'll be worth the 5 stars in comparison to other Chipotle and similar style restaurants.
Ah, the legendary Lucy, renowned for her exceptional customer service skills, particularly when it comes to our dear married gentlemen. It's truly awe-inspiring, isn't it? Oh, how I yearn for the privilege of possessing her contact information, just so I could have the immense pleasure of personally expressing my heartfelt gratitude for her extraordinary contributions to the community. The way she goes above and beyond to cater to the needs of those in matrimony is simply remarkable. Such dedication and commitment deserve nothing less than a standing ovation. Bravo, Lucy! Bravo!
When it comes to Chipotle, I've had my fair share of experiences, both good and bad. So, I was pleasantly surprised to find that the Chipotle Mexican Grill in the Colonial Square Shopping Center in Fort Myers offers a higher quality of food compared to other franchises in the chain.
One thing that really impressed me about this location is their separate preparation line for online orders. This simple addition keeps the in-store line moving quickly, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for everyone. Kudos to them for implementing this model—I hope other Chipotle franchises take note!
Now let's talk about the star of the show—the food. Relative to other Chipotle franchises, the food quality here is excellent. Having been to this location twice, I had the opportunity to witness the kitchen and staff in action. The kitchen area appeared clean and well-organized, instilling confidence in their food preparation practices.
During my visits, both meals I had were of high quality. One delightful surprise was the chips—they were relatively fresh, a refreshing change from the often stale chips I've encountered at other Chipotle locations. And the taco shells? They were delightfully crunchy and fresh, adding a satisfying texture to the overall experience.
I also had the pleasure of trying their new spicy chicken, and I must say, it was excellent. The flavors were on point, and the chicken itself was tender and juicy. It's clear that this franchise is stepping up their game with this tasty addition to the menu.
Now, let's address the not-so-great aspect—the cleanliness of the inside dining area and bathrooms. Unfortunately, it's a common issue in many dine-in fast food establishments, and this Chipotle is no exception. It's disheartening to see so many customers leave a mess behind, but it's important to note that this is not a reflection of the restaurant's efforts.
To summarize, I would rate the food quality and the staff at this Chipotle location a solid 5 out of 5. They've truly raised the bar compared to other franchises, and it's worth a visit for the higher-than-normal food quality alone. However, I must mention that the cleanliness of the dining area receives a 3 out of 5. It's a shame, but it's something to keep in mind if you choose to dine in.
All in all, if you've had less-than-stellar experiences at other Chipotle franchises like I have, don't give up just yet. Swing by the Chipotle Mexican Grill in Colonial Square Shopping Center, and treat yourself to a tastier and more satisfying meal. Trust me, you won't be disappointed.
Out of all the chipotle’s in SWFL, this is my favorite one, because the line always moves fast and I’m always able to get in and out. Unfortunately last time I was there, they were out of straws, and there were a few other times they were out of something in the past. Other than that, the food was great, and the employees are always friendly.
Lucy the GM is a work of GOD
I was In-N-Out just like the fast food restaurant. She the real EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH
She a real eata and made me bust in under 5mins
Her arch game is strong she loves taking back shots and swallowing every last bit of your load
Highly recommended
