The Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich is amazing, great smokey spicy flavor, the chicken breast was beyond juicy, bbq chips were great as well, my son had a cheeseburger cooked medium, cooked perfectly, seasoned nicely, cheese was amazing, can not remember the name of the local cheese but it was delicious, duck fat frites were a great starter as well, bright, refreshing flavor from the pesto ailoi if im not mistaken and the smoked salt on the frites, delicious! The portions are more than generous, great staff, sharp dining room, high quality local sustainable produce, immaculate kitchen! Definitely check this place out!

Went to Tolon for the first time tonight and I was very very impressed. We started with the duck fat frites, which were to die for! I ordered the pork chop which was massive and incredibly delicious. My boyfriend and sister ordered the veal chop and pappardelle pasta which were equally as great. Then, for dessert we shared the fun side up bananas foster with their pressed coffee. Omg. Talk about flavor explosion! I would highly recommend Tolon to anyone! We will definitely be back!

Very, very tasty. My drinks were good and my meal was full of flavor! I especially loved the goat cheese and honey ice cream. The service was great, too; everybody was very attentive and kind. It was a pricy meal, but well worth the cost for something so delicious. We will be back!
