This particular subway needs some serious help from their corporate staff. First let me say I only gave it 3 stars because of the awesome young man working hard to service everyone by himself. He deserves some praise and a raise! I waited in line for over 20 minutes. I was third in line. There was no one there to help the guy that was making the sandwiches. He had to do everthing himself. Apparently all of the other employees quit. The first lady walked out and did not pay for her sandwich because Subway did not have any mayonnaise. She argued with the young man behind the counter for a good 5 minutes before walking out. The second lady in front of me continued the argument about the lack of mayonnaise. Apparently the manager does rhe ordering and did not order enough. There was nothing this poor kid could do to rectify the situation. In the end he managed to squeeze the last drops of mayonnaise he could find on her sandwich to appease her. He started to wait on us when another lady and a manager from Walmart walked up and complained to him about how filthy the restaurant was. He took a verbal beating and tried to explain he was the only one there and was trying to do his best. He did not get to take his break, he was trying hard to please everyone and get their order made in a restaurant lacking ingredients that was filthy. Having worked in HR for 20 years, Subway should be ashamed.

The ladies working here were so incredibly fun and friendly. Never thought I would have a good time simply ordering a sandwich but that's what happened. I walked out of here in a good mood, and it goes to show the impact that people can have on one another...especially if you're in the service industry. Throw a smile on, make some positive small talk, and watch as great reviews pour in and happy customers walk out. Simple formula...wish more businesses followed it. Bravo. Oh, and the sandwich was great too.

I stopped in there Thanksgiving morning to grab a bite. The line was fairly long as there was only 1 worker, Rebecca. She was courteous and worked as fast as she could to service everyone. She apologized for the long wait... with a smile. Didn't complain, but I know she was tired. She truly deserved a raise for Thanksgiving morning. Great job Rebecca. Idk why you were the only worker at at noon, but you did a great job servicing everyone as timely as you could.

Very disappointed in customer service. Stopped to get some food for tonight. Didn't know they was closing at 7pm. Walk in 5 mins before closing and was treated terribly. A worker was complaining about they shouldn't serve us due too, they close in 5 mins. My sandwich was also not cut. I was not complaining or being rude. I felt like an inconvenience. I will never eat this subway again.

Horrible rude employees. Tried to order 6 sandwiches and 2 kids meals and at 9:20 you have no bread? What kind of insane stuff is that? Who is the manager that runs the cold water rd. store in fort wayne??? Who is the owner? Never mind I'll find the owner myself. So disappointed and will not ever come to this store again and will not recommend to anyone! I will be using my blogs to make the public aware of my disappointing experience!

Always a great place to get a sandwich just the way you want it. Starting from the bun to the meat, any cheese, veggies and any dressings to top off the flavor and seasoning of your choice. You can have your bun toasted also if you wish. Wow, what a grand meal complete with some chips and a drink if you wish. Always curtious and helpful staff present to help you create the meal of your heart and stomach whether you eat in house or carry out. Uhm, uhm great! Enjoy!

The lady working was mumbling horribly. If i hadnt been to subway before i would have no idea what sje was asking about. I eventually ignored her questions about toppings and just starting saying them. There is only so long you say "Sorry, Can u say that again?". I was in no rush, but her service was obnoxiously slow. I will not be returning. Food quality was fine not great, but probably worse because of how frustraing the process became.

Is this subway in the Glenbrook mall?? If so then I had absolutely the worst service of my whole life. It ended our shopping trip real quick and had my daughters and I in tears when we left. The young lady who rung us out cussed out my daughters telling them not to F@#$ing look at her. She was very rude. My daughters and only 12 and 14 and never said a mean word towards her. When I asked her about it she was even rudder to me. I will never eat there again.
