I have worked in downtown Fort Worth for over 5 years, and Hoya is by far the best fast casual dining experience I've had. The staff is friendly, helpful, and knowledgable. Each person is happy to recommend their favorite dishes, as well as help you customize your order to your taste preference. My favorite dish that I order practically every day is the Bibimbap with sesame rice and spicy pork. It is delicious, and it's enough food to split into 2 meals!! The prices are definitely reasonable for how much food they give you. Lots of rice, several delicious veggies (be sure to try the Kimichi!), and very flavorful meat. If you are looking for a place that is flavorful, but also health conscious, Hoya is an excellent choice. I look forward to my lunch break every day, just so I can go say "hi!" to some great people and enjoy the best meal downtown!

Great service, wonderful food. I highly recommend. We had the Seafood Tteobokki, Pork Belly and Japchae w/spicy chicken, all were fantastic. Honestly the Seafood Tteobokki was exeptional, the best I've had so far. And no Korean meal would be complete without tasty side dishes, Hoya's was no exception as their sides were also on point. Give them a try.

First time having lunch here. Right off the bat, the service was very hands on, and welcoming. The restaurant was a bit slow, so they were able to explain the menu, and even let me order off of the dinner menu (I just HAD to have ramen) without any hesitation. Yuss! The food was brought to the table piping hot, full of flavor and was accurate on flavor as far as our servers description. Will I eat here again, OF COURSE!
