I love eating there, but the thing that bugs me the most is that they don't know, or care, how to apply their senior discount which I "think" is ten percent. Getting it correctly is like gambling at Las Vegas, sometimes you win, sometimes you lose. On my last visit the meal total was $13.16 and without using a computer, or removing my shoes and socks, I can compute that the senior discount should have been $1.32. Instead, I was given a discount of only $0.17. When I told the cashier, all I got was the "deer in the headlights" stare. The receipt shows that the senior discount was only applied to the $1.69 drink, which was the last item ordered, instead of the total bill which is what is done at every other restaurant in the United States. Only one of the cashiers there know how to apply the discount, sort of, to the total bill. Apparently, there are a series of incredibly complex keystrokes on the register that are required. Similar to the calculations required for the spaceship trip to Mars and back. My advice would be to get a cash register that can compute the discount correctly, or eliminate the discount entirely, since a seventeen cent discount is just a joke and an irritant. I know that training the cashiers is totally out of the question. This place is now closed.
