Dear "Best Pizza Company in the Country", “The true test of a man’s character is what he does when no one is watching.” – John Wooden My family lives outside of food delivery radii (aka boondocks) therefore my teenage daughter had never had the delivery experience. I gave instructions regarding the tip (cash) prior to entering the shower just in case I was not out before the delivery. There was a knock on the hotel room door and then I heard the driver ask my child for a signature on the credit card receipt. As I ordered online, it didn't occur to me that anyone would have to sign, this was not part of directive to my child. My child proceeded to hand the driver ten dollars cash and then to "record" our 10.00 tip on the credit card receipt. Your driver then said (not verbatum but in the general sense), "You may not be aware but are about to give me a total of twenty dollars for a tip. I cannot take a tip that large if that is not what you are intending to give." My daughter corrected herself and your driver left. If I could have gotten out of the show in time without scaring your driver, I would have commended and personally thanked your driver. Please thank/recognize your honorable driver as this short note really cannot express adequately the pride I would have if this employee worked for my company. A thankful and satisfied customer.

I usually do carry out but did delivery today and was pleased with the quick delivery. The pizza appearance was so good I wanted to take a picture because it’s not very often proportions look great. I’ll keep ordering from this location.
