Update 06/04/2016: hmm. Could it be they are figuring it out? The last few visits have been greatly improved, with snappier service from people who seem to have a clue. Managers walking around checking on your satisfaction. Clean and tidy restaurant. I'm bumping my score up - glad I've been patient! Keep it up P5!

I want to start by saying that I am a Pie Five Pizza fan. But I am fast losing faith in this one in Frisco. While the pizzas are always good, the service is spotty and disorganized. It's as if no one is in charge and the rest aren't sure what they should be doing. Unfortunately, this isn't a one-time occurrence but rather a theme that has carried across multiple visits over multiple months. It's close by so will probably not abandon this one entirely, but will ALWAYS choose a different location given the opportunity. Get a clue, please?

Awesome! I love the personal pies! There is dairy free options which are perfect for me since I'm allergic to dairy. And especially since it's right here in Frisco.

Enjoyable Dinner. A friend and I met up for dinner and ended up at Pie Five's. She got the Farmer's Market pizza and I the Margherita pizza, which we both enjoyed eating. We both agreed that we liked the atmosphere of the place and the vibe it gives off. Plus, the bathroom has a cool sink where you get soap, water, and air dry it all at the same place. Because it was a nice day we ended up eating on the patio outdoors. Once outside, what we noticed is that the patio is on the east side of the building and is blocked completely from the sun when it begins setting in the west, which is a major plus for a restaurant patio in Texas. My friend really enjoyed the website and how it provides nutritional information so that you can design your pizza to fit your specific caloric or nutritional needs. The only con was that the tables, while clean, might have been wiped down with a dirty rag because there was a slight smell. However, when we went back in later the smell couldn't be noticed, so we're not quite sure how much of a "con" it is. So the suggestion is just to make sure that next time a clean rag it used.
