I need to start this off by saying I am 1000% gluten free and NEVER go to German anything. It was absolutely incredible! They offer gluten free and vegan friendly sausages, and even a few ciders. Everything was out of this world and we were highly impressed! It was a little bit of a wait on a Friday night but very worth it! There is seating available outside and inside. Please take the time to visit this place!!

Great experience. The sausage sampler is a good way to go if you want to try different flavors. The patio is dog friendly and they have good beer too. Staff were friendly and service was good.

Stopped at Ein Prosit for dinner while on a detour through Frisco (thanks I-70) and glad we did! Impressive selection of sausages and great German beers on tap! Hard to beat a cold Weihenstephaner after a long day on the slopes. Cool atmosphere as well. We will be back!
