The crew seemed very unorganized. The female at the registercould not get any of our order correct. The person in front of us (small girl) order baconator fries (Her order was wrong, bacon baked potato). She could not remember who the order was for. I told her it wasn't ours (so it could be only one other customer in Wendy's) She took her order and went out to the car. Came back and explained that her order was wrong. They fixed it, and let her keep the potato. That is why I give this visit 2 stars and not one. After repeated corrections to our order, she got it right. She seemed way out of it...

I don't like this Wendy they never get your order right. I had to pay 2 times the door dash because my order that they got was different from mine. So guess what u will not be. Ordering anything from this Wendy's.

I Love Wendy's, Used drive thru on each experience Food was great, wait time was excellent and the Lettuce they use it Tasty and Fries 🍟 were hot & crispy , would absolutely visit again!

Consistently crushing it, this location almost never messes up my orders.
Food is hot and fast.
Remember - delivery drivers don't work for Wendy's, if your food is cold it probably sat in a car in transit.

Terrible experience! Food is cold, we had to wait triple the amount of time for the food to be ready and my husband never even received the coffee he ordered. We were told to pull forward in the drive through bc the coffee was just being made. We pulled forward and waited the three minutes they told us it would take. 15 mins later and nobody even came out to say anything to us or bring us the coffee. And before any judgement is passed about me just going inside to get the coffee, remember I was in the drive through and I was there for a reason. Going inside to do their job is not going to happen today. So we needed up leaving without our full order and cold food. Thanks Wendy’s for showing us just how much you care about customer service 🙄😒 I will NOT be a returning customer on that note…

Usually am pretty okay with how I’m treated anywhere. Whether it’s not great or is excellent I’m usually not one to say anything. I’m understanding that it’s a job, it’s frustrating dealing with customers all day. It’s difficult to not be agitated at work. It’s work. But to not say a single word to us during our whole ordering and receiving the food is a bit much. Not only were we not spoken too but received the wrong order. Was a little agitating. 1 star.
