It took me over an hour to get my Togo order during a very slow night. I had to ask repeatedly for an update. When receiving it I was informed that they had no mash potatoes, no loaded baked potatoes, so I ordered French fries. My hamburger steak was too salty ( not sure if it was the gravy or steak, but all I could taste was salt, every bite. The French fries were hard and very old, but I was told that they were being dropped. I even questioned them coming out so soon, but was told that they were freshly cooked. The turnip greens were more meat than greens (disgusting). To top it all off I was given biscuits with this meal, instead of corn bread. No thought was put into anything. I experienced a horrible dinner that I waited entirely too long for. SMH

We had a good lunch. Looking around the stre and doing g a bit of shopping made te wait to get our table seem not long.we got there right at lunch, and it was busy. Even like that our wait was not much more than 10 minutes on a Saturday. Good southern food great options for the kids and at great prices. Love the option of the all day breakfast. Personal preference but did not like the cornbread, but loved the biscuits and devoured more than one!

My daughter and I decided to eat here to celebrate a recent achievement of hers. Cracker Barrel has always been our family’s favorite restaurant.
Despite the full parking lot, we were surprisingly seated quite quickly upon our arrival. My daughter ordered the sirloin, med well, and I ordered the Turkey and Dressing. Our drinks were brought out without straws. The waitress said there weren’t any and I thought well ok no big deal we will manage.
We then went on awaiting the arrival of our food for 25 mins! Meanwhile everyone around us had long been served. Finally, when our food comes I was beyond mad. My Turkey was so very dry the color was dark and you could quite literally stab someone with the end of one piece’s jagged edge. And, my daughters steak was swimming in blood. It was a piece of browned raw meat. How you accomplish this ihave no idea! I have now lost my appetite and at least wanted my daughter to enjoy herself. So, I ask the waitress to take the steak back and have them cook it longer
Once the steak comes back, I kid you not if it doesn’t look EXACTLY the same!!
I was beyond livid by then. My daughter and I just left after paying our bill and drove over to Arbys to get her something there!

Ordered hamburger steak, medium well, got well done. Chef needs to read the waitress order before ruining two really nice dinners.
Okra was delicious and hot, potato casserole also delicious.
Waitress was great. Attentive, quick to bring food.
Checkout was a disaster! There were TEN customers in line ahead of me. Took wayyyy too long to check out.

I have never written a bad review or rated any restaurant so poorly.
Went on a Monday morning - not the weekend. It wasn't terribly crowded.
The coffee and juice came fairly quickly. BUT the Orange juice was watery with ice crystals.
Service was slow. Server spent over 10 minutes chatting with the table next to us. Meanwhile, there was a table of 8 also waiting for breakfast. Seems they had an issue with some of the orders which only delayed our order.
20 minutes later. When it finally came. The eggs were good. The biscuits were good. The sausage was burned and dry. The pancakes had a coating of grease. The grits were lumpy and lukewarm.
Bad food. Bad service. Never again!

Managers are great, and food is delicious. What more can you ask for? Came to Frank first about an issue, and it was taken care of respectfully and immediately! Both Frank and David are great at their jobs. Food has always been delicious and hot, even during the understaffing. This place deserves a hundred stars

Went on a Saturday just before noon, was very packed and under staffed but they handled everything extremely well. The hostess and waitress was very polite and helpful. I had the maple covered grilled chicken, was delivered fast and hot. Our drinks never got below half before they was refilled. Wife had the chicken fingers and broccoli, large portions and very fresh. Daughter had had contry fried steak with mashed potatos, pleant of gavy and very fresh.. Absolutely no complaints about this visit, will definitely revisit on our next trip.
