I have honestly never had a bad steak here . The only thing that was not really a thing was the bartender said there was no drink menu...but they can make whatever. So I went with a strawberry Hennessy and I wasn't disappointed.

A love place with quite attentive employees. Beautiful decor and a great salad, bread and wine. Sooooo I'm a dedicated vegetarian and the daughter of a butcher, but....my sick husband who had surgery at Shands was begging for red meat. Thus, I'm at Longhorns. I don't condemn others for eating meat but as an active environmentalist, beef on the hoof is causing massive health issues due to Methane gas is also destroying our environment and thus endangering future generations. But what do I know and I'm surely not going to say "I told you so" even as I recognize my grandchildren's children will never have the safe healthy life I've had. On the flip side killing animals is disgusting and cruel. No matter the reason. I love fake meat. It's delicious and harms nothing and no one. So those of you meat eaters without a conscious and are totally greedy and self centered....have at it.

Great food and great portions. The only thing was that we wanted to try the chocolate lava cake dessert but they were out. But well a reason to go back because everything was delicious. The girl that help our table was very nice also.
