This is a local bakery at the junction of Rt. 28 and Quince Orchard Blvd in west Gaithersburg. Run by a small staff, there is an incredible variety of bread and pastries. During the holidays there are special breads, rolls and pies. Orders are taken online. The area in front of the counter but people are courteous and wait their turns. There is no indoor seating and just two small tables in front of the store. Open 7 days a week, with reduced hours on the actual day of a holiday.

We were in the mood for some baked good so we stopped in after hitting up Gemelli's. Our favorites were the chocolate scones and croissants but everything looks amazing. They even had a few gluten free options. The savory pastries were filled with tons of spinach and mushrooms, they def don't skimp on ingredients.

This is the BEST Spring Mill Bread of the chain. I have never liked any other locations, and definitely not to this extent! The croissants, turnovers, fruit pie slices, cherry cheesecake, rosemary shortbread, oatmeal chocolate chip cookies are delicious! Funny enough though, I haven't been too crazy about their actual breads. Each time, they've been very dry. I like to stick to their sweets and savory pastries. The service varies though. It really depends on who is working. Prices are standard to most good bread bakeries. They are closed on Sundays.
