I went through the drive through Add around 3 PM.and there were about 5 cars ahead of me, but it only took about 5 minutes to get my food. My Food was hot and fresh and exactly how it ordered. And they even gave a large ice water to my dog. We ate in my car and you need the shady tree across the street. It was really good.

This is a decent What-a-Burger. Most of the time, my order is perfect the way I ordered it, someone it isn't. Most of the time, the food tastes good and it looks good. Someone the patties are so chopped up, you would think you're eating Ground beef for tacos. Most of the time, the staff is friendly and polite they seem to know what they're doing. Other times they are just plain rude and they don't have a clue, even some of the managers.

I love their food and usually everything is correct. But this morning my taquito was so wet that you couldn't hold it...and they didn't have the hash browns ready. So I waited an extra 3 min for them to be cooked. Had originally ordered them to be crispy...they weren't. The cashier was rude...when she handed me my order I asked if my hash browns were in the bag..she rolled her eyes..and when she handed me the hash browns there was no I'm sorry would you like any ketchup ect. Customer service makes an impression on people and the young lady working the window @ 5:00am on 10/28/23 there is no name in my ticket...order # is 587080..
