When I used to live down the street from Carolina's, I would often enjoy the wonderful meals, mostly because the servings were enough for 2 meals for me. We returned this evening, and although the menu had changed a bit, the food was still delicious, & served piping hot! We had the Spaghetti with Meatballs & Sauasage, & the Chicken alla Anthony. Both came with soup or salad. Our server Marco was terrific. The staff all helped each other which is great when the restaurant is busy! The price is very reasonable, & the portions are very nice. It was a wonderful meal, & once again I am happy to have some very tasty leftovers! 😀

New to the area, so trying different restaurants. Very good food here. Large portions. Service and personality outstanding!! Definitely on the list to return to. 🤙 Update: returned for their $10.95, 3 topping large pizza. What a great deal. Our new “go to” pizza on a lazy night!!

Ordered pizza, antipasto, and tortellini for delivery to our hotel room. Pizza was the best I’ve had in a long, long time. (Carolina’s 7 Layer special - large, amazing pizza for $13 bucks! Mind blown!) Antipasto was packed with flavor. Pasta was packed with garlic. So sad that we can’t take Carolina’s back to Colorado with us. Amazing! Highly recommend.
