First of all, the pizza is awesome. Full of flavor, good crust. When dining in, the service has been good, however for carryout, the service is very inconsistent and slow. More than once I have been ignored. I live outside of the delivery area, but really prefer the pizza over other shops near me. I have had good carryout service , but only once in the last 3 visits. They talk to you, but seem to ignore the basic needs. IE manager just walks by instead of inquiring about order.

My family and I visited NYPD Pizza today and being a Friday it was exceptionally busy, however we were seated right away and our server (unfortunately I didn't remember his name) was excellent. We had a small issue with getting our order as the pizza we had ordered was burnt once and got damaged in the oven the 2nd time around. Most people would have probably been upset, but our server and the management staff were so accommodating, friendly, and apologetic that my family and I could hardly be upset. We still had an amazing experience due to the amazing customer service. With service like that we will be lifetime guests and I would recommend them to anyone.

Very good place if you don't have enough time and you love pizza a lot. You can get some NY style pizza slices and they will worm it up for you to perfect condition so you can enjoy your pizza. This place is pretty clean and haven't had any issues. Recommend it!
