Best ice cream in Gloucester! They change up the flavors all the time and I have yet to try one I don't like. Lots of indoor and outdoor seating, including some tiny picnic tables for the kiddos. If you're battling an ice cream craving get to Short Lane immediately! They have the cure!
Totally impressed! The girls were so nice and helpful. And the ice cream was wonderful. We loved the experience and will be back. I can't believe I haven't stopped here sooner. Nice place!

I took my wife and daughter on a ice cream date here and was greeted be a pleasant employee whom you could tell was smiling under the mask! While going over the handmade flavors with my daughter and narrowing them down to 2, she happily offered to let her try samples of each. We all received generous proportions at a decent price with an unmatched quality. Monday was our first time coming by this year but it surely will not be our last. The coffee, capitan crunch, and egg nog are on point!
This is our "must stop" ice cream place. We love the historic building, the unique flavors and creamy quality of the ice cream, and the cheerful service.

Four people, four desserts total was $22. Very fair for such delicious dessert.
The interior was very pleasant, clean, fresh and welcoming. Staff was very nice and patient. When we had arrived there were a few people outside and nobody inside. As we were ordering a line appeared then went out the door. The only negative I have, even though it didn’t effect me, it took about 15 minutes for the male staff member to make two milkshakes.
The ice cream shop had a wonderful, delicious, unique variety of ice cream flavors. We've passed this shop many times over the years. I do not live in the area, but pass it often. We made a special one and a half hour trip to go visit and we were not disappointed. I wish we had stopped sooner. The staff was very friendly and the shop is adorable and very clean inside. I would make this trip again.
