Delicious. Vipal was friendly and our food was delicious. We came in from Milwaukee, and have not seen a Quiznos in years! Brought back good memories.

Owner has taken precautions during pandemic so things look out of place because they have to be. Owner (I got the impression he was the owner) was very friendly and patient as my kids made decisions and changed their minds. Always great food at Quiznos, wish we still had one in my city. Worth finding off I 43, in a strip mall with Starbucks and great clips.

Clean albeit mildly disorganized due to covid as they have tables blocking the normal area where you're supposed to pay so you don't get too close to the people behind the counter. Aside from that it was clean and the employees spoke fluent English and were very accommodating and patient with me.

I ordered an ultimate turkey club in Grafton. When I arrived all the way back home (which was over 40 minutes away) I opened up my wrapped sub, and I received a sub with just turkey and mayo. no tomatoes, no lettuce, no nothing! I was so upset because there is no Quiznos around where I live so I wasn't going to drive all the way back. I can see now why there are only a few Quiznos around anymore... disgusting. what a rip off!

Should have shared this much sooner!! Our family was in today for lunch, our subs were all fantastic as always!! And the staff as always very kind, we always look forward to coming here to eat, 100% satisfactory everytime!! Hats off to this location!!!!!

Took very long time preparing my customers order. Yet, they were training a new guy who was extremely sorry and conscientious of me and gave me a free soda for waiting. Friendly!!!

If I could give negative stars, I would. This was my first time ever at Quiznos. Absolutely horrible customer service from the OWNER! He didn’t ask what size sub we wanted and just presumed, and he never asked about adding additional veggies after they came out of the oven. He put the meat in a colander looking container without a bag or anything and submerged it in water before taking it out, shaking off the excess water and putting it on our sandwich’s, which does not seem sanitary, but it could be how they unthaw the meat…. Just a horrible experience and a horrible tasting sandwich.

There hasn't been a Quiznos in my town for 10 years, and it was great to experience it again! The owner told me if I called him by 9, he would make me a sub. I got there later because of a late Dr. appt, but I was really impressed by the customer service and subs were great!
