Wait time is a little bit but it's understandable as the bagels are made to order. They were out of a coffee additive but the person on the intercom knew and let us know immediately, it is obvious that the employees know what they are doing and communicate for the best service. The items received were as ordered.

Absolutely great service. All the employees were smiling, and got me my food out super fast. The food was amazing 10/10 would recommend!!

Amazing customer service today, although my avocado was missing they corrected the problem immediately and were very professional about it. Not only was this one of my first time eating a bagel sandwich from there but it was also a great tasting sandwich I would recommend highly for the food and customer service.
