Place was very busy for a Sunday. I seen 3 customer walking out with 4 or more Pies. My son had ordered pizza and a slice of pie. He really liked the pie and couldn't say anything bad about the pizza. He said he will return more sooner than later.

I've never had problems with the service here like other reviewers mention. I always go through the drive thru and the only time I wait is for maybe a minute and a half, and it's because they're clearly making an order so I understand. The pizza is always great and I don't ever go to pizza hut or papa johns anymore because riverside tastes just as great, plus is cheaper. AND they have Greek salads which is a perfect pair for a pizza!

I just order a pizza and some breadstick, it said it would be ready around 4:20. When I got there it was around 4:30 because Of traffic. I had to wait an extra 10 minutes for the breadsticks then when I got it…they were RAW!! I went back inside and the manager told me that’s how it is cooked. Seriously ?? It’s cooked like dough unless you order it well done….terrible. Along with her attitude

Called 15mins before closing...get hung up on... call back, no answer....call again and again call gets answered....was told they aren't talking orders over phone nor in person within the store, even though it's not 9pm yet.
That is total BS. Terrible customer service. I took my business to Little Caesar's and will avoid Riverside Pizza because they obviously have enough money.

Terrible terrible store not only is it a building full of KIDS but we walk in you have one girl high off something moving at snails pace... another highschooler I'm assuming is sitting in the back on her phone.... And then the rest of the dummy brigade is slowly cleaning up getting ready to close @730 when the sign says they close@9 all the while me and my wife are standing at the register waiting to be helped and not one walks up to the counter to help us do yourself a favor go somewhere else....

This place used to be fast to get your food. Now they can make you wait 20 minutes and still forget to bring you your food.
Expect cold old pizza if it is ready for you.
Kids run the place. Never a manager on duty. They do not care about you. Yesterday will be be last time buying from this location. No need to order breadsticks. Their pizza now has 2 inch of dry crust.
