Walked in to an overpowering wet dog smell. Rap music was blaring over the loudspeakers. The seats and table were sticky and filthy. The bathroom stunk and was dirty. I’ll never return here.

I've been there twice. First time they didn't have the bread I wanted. The second time they didn't have the bread or even the sandwich type. I don't know how you can stay in business if you don't have anything that you say you have.

Sandwich maker was not very engaged. I think he was annoyed because we interrupted his break. Never really spoke to you throughout the order process and acted as if we asked for free food when asked for a little more cheese ( and then only gave a small pinch more like he was doing you a favor). Bathrooms dirty, Windows dirty. Sneeze guard dirty. He treated everyone as if they were a burden. I would tell you his name , but surprise. No name badge. I think that might be by design. Sorry I stopped there today.

You have different sub shops but Subway is Subway and before all others, there was Subway, I totally appreciate my sub being prepared to my total specifications; if you don't like Subway, it's a detriment to your own taste buds...

Best costumer service ever!!!! Aarion, Daniel, Miriam and Keegan are the best. they really know how to keep a convo. Super bice and sweet.

Was just here for lunch. Lettuce was brown, female worker was very slow to make my subs, and the only bread they had was italian. If she would have said sorry for the inconveniences or something it would have been better but nope.

We ordered for delivery got charged and I called the store they told me they don’t deliver. I asked how to correct my order and the girls answer was she couldn’t help me call another store. Call another store for what? My order was placed at her store and I’m going to have dispute the transaction with my bank. If they don’t deliver then it shouldn’t be an option and they should have contacted me as I put in my phone number for questions or concerns( the online ordering makes it mandatory). Secondly they should know how to process a refund and cancel orders.poor customer service. I will not be going here again.

I don’t live too far from this Subway at all. I have been going to this location now for a long time. The place isn’t ever really busy and it is always clean. Today (2/25/2020) I went here for lunch. Everything was fresh. I got a Spicy Italian and my g/f got a Steak and Cheese. We had a coupon so we stopped. Otherwise, I think for the cost of what we got if you paid regular price the Steak and Cheese would have been around 9.25 and the Spicy Italian would have been around 7.35 (both in a footlong). In all seriousness I think u can get a better sub for your money at a different Sub place. Long gone are the days of the $5 footlong. I used to go to Subway all the time. But I just don’t think they are worth the money and the quality is not there. Also, I saw a negative review concerning technology and that someone got to this establishment one day and was told they had to pay in cash -OR- they could have written down his credit card # and charge it later. I agree with that person on their review. I would never have anyone write down my credit card # either. I also have experienced many times where I have gone to use my Subway application on my phone and it won’t work right and no one really seems at the store(s) to know how to really work the application or use it . You would think there would be training for that on their own store application? I have found this to be a common theme at a lot of Subways I have been to. The scanner isn’t working and the employees don’t know how to fix the situation. Or the employee can’t explain why my application won’t scan. So I can’t give this Subway 5 stars. Based on their issues at all Subways and technology and the prices vs- quality of food, I can only go with a 3 star rating. I used to go to Subway a lot until the price hicks. I am lucky if I maybe go now once every 3-4 months.
