Nice cashier and she even brought my food out to the car in the rain... the kitchen was way behind. Others pulled around to wait too although the line was short and it was after lunchtime. The Super Star double was terrible. Bun was soggy and the burger slid apart. Messy and had a bad taste.
Super kind and polite staff. Foods always hot and tasty. BUT check your togo order! Cause they ALWAYS leave something out and are never available to answer the phone to fix the problem.
This place is pathetic. Probably a great overall representation of the franchisee and management. Very slow gas is to high to sit with your car idling waiting on hot food. Then they bring it out and wasn't our order.
They always seem to have the most pleasant staff every time I've gone there. Sometimes they drive through can be hit or miss but it's usually pretty good. I asked for hamburger with pickles. They could not get that 1 thing correct. I had to go in and ask for small cup of pickles. They handed me a kind of large Hardee's plastic bag and loosely in the bag was this!! Wow. Talk about the corona virus, this was pretty nasty. I won't be back. Insulting
Paod $2 for a normal cheeseburger. Had to pull up and wait. Burgers where cold when we got them. Meat was 1/3 smaller than bun. Witnessed Manager belittling and disrespecting an employee.
