Really nice atmosphere, friendly staff. The food and the quality are great. But I did expect a bit more on traditional Japanese sushi. I think I should try on the special rolls instead next time.
Loved it.. ordered take out, got the Fatty Tuna, Baked Lobster, Rainbow Roll and salmon sashimi.. they were all above average. Wait was minimal, definitely wanna go back to dine in.

I eat here about 2 times a month for about the past year. I found this place because the sushi place nearest to me, SUSHI LAND, was absolute garbage. I mean honestly, how are you going to have mexicans working at a sushi place in Hacienda Heights, a predominantly Asian city?? But I digress....
I almost always get the same items when I order here... Salmon Sashimi, Salmon Nigiri, and then a roll. Usually a Philadelphia roll or an Orange Roll. I have also had the baked lobster. With the exception of one time, the food has always been outstanding. Only once the Sashimi didn't quite taste fresh and I didn't finish it. But every other time the sushi was delicious. I've gone here so much now they know my name from my order over the phone. Friendly staff... I call and order, drive there in 10 minutes and my sushi is ready to go. Miso soup, Wasabi and ginger, soy sauce and chopsticks all complimentary and included. They've never "forgot" to include those. I also usually order a bottle of Nigori Sake, which is very nice!
Met up with 4 of my friends for lunch here. The lunch specials are great! I got a Bento Plater. It was good. My only complaint is that they harassed me for coming in with my tiny Service Dog.
