Since Mindy has taken over and they have a brand new staff on board they have a great team, I posted here a year ago and I saint happy, I left an honest post. But in the past year they have done a 180 and have done a great job. I love all the employees they are friendly they know almost all their locals by name (me included and yes I can be the grumpy one I will admit) but they have done such a great job since Mindy has taken over. Their drinks are almost always perfect they will hold conversation with you while u wait and will actually treat you like a human rather than just a customer. I like going their again. I love the ladies and gents that work there 🥰

To be specific Leslie is super rude every time and always seems to roll her eyes when a comment is made. Not sure if her eyes just get stuck back there. Don't work there if you cant be nice Leslie!

When working in customer service you have to please your customer. Don’t give them attitude. I get it large orders are a pain but that’s is no excuse to give anyone attitude.
Atleast the drinks weren’t completely wrong.

They needalittle training to take their espresso to the next level which is that if the small cafes and which could be called artisan espresso. More flavorsome, no bitterness.

Very rude and impatient staff! And how can they redeem starbucks rewards but not refill cards? And then she didn't offer us a receipt and told me it was too late when I asked for one.

I've been to many Starbucks and to this local one, but the service is was pretty bad. I drink at this Starbucks ALOT. I had previously ordered a Green Tea Frap and it tasted totally TERRIBLE. There was no green tea taste, it tasted like a ton of cinnamon and coffee. Only the color resembled the green tea frap. Plus when I went to talk to the lady who made it she told that they had to use a new base, because the old was "out". It wasnt only the taste, but I could smell it too.Then she said that if I didnt like that kind of taste, then I should just order a different drink. I was shocked, like how was I supposed to know you changed the base. I gave it a 3, because most other time were fine.
