Every time we go there they miss putting fries in our bag or the burgers are wrong. They even forgot the bacon. The fries taste like they are fried in old grease. Do not recommend this Wendy's until they get new management! 🙄

This is the 10th time this year (2022) my food was atrocious from this locations. It all looked and tasted old. The large friend weren’t even half full and we’re soggy and cold. The chilli was so old I could turn the cup upside down and it wouldn’t budge. Literally couldn’t make myself eat my dinner

Poor customer service with an even worse work ethic. They treat their customers like we are some sort of uninvited unwanted distraction and then catch an attitide if you ask for the missing items that were ordered and not produced.

I ordered burgers and chicken sandwiches without the bun and instead a lettuce wrap and they gave me one leaf of lettuce. The lettuce is supposed to take the place of the bun. They only gave me the lettuce that goes on the sandwiches. How am I supposed to wrap it in one little leaf that already goes

As a Frosty Fool or an attic for Wendy's chocolate Frosty, I was highly disappointed when paying over $3.50 for my usual large chocolate frosty. Waited 20 mins for my curbside order, had to go through drive thru, have 2 different people look for my order only for my food to be made incorrectly and they literally had no other customers at the time.

Constantly, either not taking orders "because they ain't paying us" or taking a long time for minimal people in the drive through.

This Wendy's is run by people who do not care and some with bad attitudes. When I was at the drive thru window getting my food, the one taking orders was complaining about a person who just placed an order and called them stupid. My order was not right. I will not be going back to this Wendy's.
