Amazing location for this restaurant. Covered patio is well done. Our service was fantastic. The food was presented well, but we found all dishes lacking in flavor. I know people have different taste preferences but it needed spices. All 4 people in our party agreed on this.

Wow! This has to be the best sit down restaurant we’ve visited on Kauai. Everyone in our party agreed that the food was superb and the atmosphere (we sat outside) was perfect. My only regret was that we came here close to the end of our journey so we can’t go again. Oh and big shout out to the hostess Emily. She went above and beyond in helping our party of 8 get in. Make sure you get the Dan-Dan and the Brussels Sprouts! 🤯🤩

My wife and I love ramen, and Ama exceeded our standards of what we consider great ramen. The drinks, brussel sprouts, and service were all excellent as well. We also enjoyed the open air nature of the place; even sitting at the bar, you could experience the outdoor atmosphere. The only "con" I can think of is there were a few critters because of how open it is (insects, lizards, etc) so some may be put off by that, but thats just the nature of their atmosphere and honestly the island as a whole. Would definitely go back!
