I had a great experience in customer service with Emily. I ordered a couple items and needed to exchange them. She helped me exchange the items with a positive and upbeat attitude. I also wanted to purchase a few items with one being little swimmers diapers… there was a offer available in the app. I saved the wrong one and she helped me find the correct one. I was In and out of there in less than 10 minutes! She’s absolutely perfect! Thank you Emily you truly are appreciated.

I had to come on here and do a review due to the service I received from Tradon today. I hope I spelled that right. I barged into your store unplanned today. I am currently 35 weeks pregnant. I had just left the mall across the street with my husband and 9 month old daughter. Between the parking lot and time waiting at the stop lights I started getting very painful contractions. They were so strong that I didn’t know if I was in actual labor or maybe I just had a lot of pressure and had to use the bathroom. My husband pulled into the parking lot immediately and I urged in to use the restroom. He was cleaning them and for sure I thought he was going to tell me I could t use it since he had it blocked off with his rolling cart of cleaning supplies. After explaining my situation he kindly opened up and told me to use the restrooms to the left because he had just cleaned the units to the right and mopped the floors on that side so it would be wet. He was really sweet and I wanted to say thank you again. Thank you for putting your customers first Tradon.
