Good food, great service! Came in with a coupon for another restaurant by mistake. Jesse didn't bat an eye. Told us they honored all coupons and gave us the items the coupon was for.

Amazing location. Excellent service. The manager of this store is on top of everything. He has a great staff and in my opinion is the best Bojangles in the Nashville area. Amidst labor shortages and difficulty getting good employees, this location still gets it right for me every time I order her. Keep it up guys. Excellent service to our community.

Never had Bojangles before today. Ordered a 20 pc family meal and extra sides to feed my employees. Good chicken and friendly service. Be sure you're given butter and jelly for your biscuits. I started opening boxes to check but they assured me it was in there. Mine was missing so I had to return. Thankfully my office is close by. Everyone makes mistakes from time to time, but all else was great.

I am very pleased with my experience today. The food came out quick and it was very fresh. Also, the general manager was there and I talked with him briefly. He had mentioned he was working there on his day off to help his staff. He was very friendly. Service was great!

DH always gets their sausage biscuits. I don't care for ham, but their ham biscuits taste like bacon to me! I don't do spicy. Our order-taker patiently explained the difference between asking for a chicken biscuit (which turned out to be Cajun-style) and a southern biscuit (what I really wanted -- plain chicken on a biscuit). Not only do they have the best seasoned biscuits, but they are educating me as well! :-)

Ordered here this morning for Mother’s Day. Jason Meadows was a life saver after I made a bonehead move and set the order pickup time for 8:30PM (meant to set it for AM). He came out to my car and we figured it out. He had my food out in less than 5 minutes. Unparalleled customer service right there. I’ll have one happy momma at home as well!

I've got through the drive thru at this location multiple times. They are always incredibly fast, never once got my order wrong and are always so friendly. 5 stars! Certainly recommend this location!

We stopped by to try the chicken sandwich. We don't have these where we live so we like to try different things while traveling. We did have to wait for fresh chicken but they have us free Desert biscuits and a drink while waiting. We didn't even ask for it nor did we say it would be a problem. Very friendly staff and you can tell they keep the store clean.
