My wife and I ate here for lunch today for the first time in years. Got the food quick and the order was 100% correct. That already puts them ahead of most other places in the area that can’t seem to get anything right. Food was hot and the burgers were tasty. Maybe just a little over cooked but was still good. Onion rings were yummy. Will be back next time we’re around and in the mood for burgers.
I came in, and I ordered my food, I did not have to wait long, and customer service was great.
It was busy, but it did not feel like it was good, they were accurately helping customers in the drive-through and at the counter. The food preparer, or chef was back there slaying it. I came back in to get another side of gravy and they accommodated it quickly, even though there was a a small line.
With the greedy corporate structured world, this store was performing at or above expectations. The place was clean, people were happily eating in the atmosphere was great.
Thank you for the hard work and serving the community.
Pretzels were cold in the middle. Took them back. Manager apologized. Had to tell the cook to get off his phone. Cooked more and they were the same way.
I love this place I hardly ever have to wait. That give you the most for your money. I live 40 min. away and I drive to this one. Try it and you too will love it.
Service was great, the sundae was yummy. The burgers and 🍟 were hot and average.

Update:
I've been back a few times over the last few weeks and the service is much much better than it was.
My wife and I get our deserts here more frequently with how pleasant the visits have been lately.
Huge improvement from just roughly 1.5+ months ago.
Multiple times now, I've tried to go through the drive thru. Sat in line with a few other people and waited 10 mins without anybody on the speaker answering. At 10pm on the dot they answer the speaker and then tell us that they are closed. Just wanted 2 blizzards that take 2 minutes to make.
Either bad management or lazy employees that have done this multiple times. The food is already terrible, the customer service is just as bad.
The only thing decent they have is their ice cream.
But even working late, trying to get ice cream for my wife and I, it's a gamble of they will stand us up for 10+ minutes to tell us they are closed or if they will get us through the line quickly.
Just a few weeks ago I got to the speaker 2 minutes before close and they ended up getting 3 people through the line in 4 minutes. That was great!
But it seems like more and more frequently, they just leave people at the speaker for a while and then answer the speaker to tell everyone they are closed.
Great service. We came in and ordered 4 ice cream items and they were all great.
Our table had a card that said it was sanitized, but there were spots of dried ice cream on it when we sat down. We threw away that piece of paper - so that way it would be cleaned.
Decided to give the Flamethrower Burger a try and was not disappointed. This is a great cheeseburger. Will definitely get it again. Drive thru worker was very polite and my order was brought out really fast.
To the employee who came out and threatened to have my friend and I towed in front of our children today at around 12:30.
We did avoid the chaotic parking lot next door and thank you for that. We had three children under the age of 4, two of which are on the spectrum. I assumed that because we parked the furthest away from your door, and that your lot was all but empty it wouldn’t be an inconvenience.
So when you came outside and threatened my friend in front of her children, was it because us parking there hurt your bottom line? Did something come from your paycheck because if so, I truly apologize. If anything is parking there helped the perception of your popularity.
I left four stars because giving one would make me easy to write off. We all have bad days. We all aren’t paid enough. I was in a drive thru myself at Starbucks two years ago. Your job is thankless and I hate that and your anger is valid. Please don’t take it out on my friend. Kids or not.
