Nice friendly service and the pizza and cinnamon sticks were very good. It's a little pricey, but if you order online you get a 20% discount 😉

Visited this jets today 4/23/2022. Got a black hair on my pizza...yum. Also, the store was nasty. I will NEVER EVER ORDER FROM THIS JETS AGAIN. THEY ARE A DISGRACE TO JETS!

My husband and I order the same thing once a week. A 4 corner light sauce triple cheese pizza. The pizza we just received had triple sauce and is extremely spicy. The manager refuses to refund our pizza, and argued with my husband it was made the way they always make it. I love spice. So when I say that my PLAIN cheese pizza had my mouth on fire, it was really hot. So not only were we unable to eat this terrible pizza, we were also out 15 bucks plus tip and tax! Don't know if they hired new people or just a non customer service oriented manager, but never order here! I am SO disappointed

Good, deep dish pizza. We always enjoy the taste, but make sure you pregame with some tums or something because it'll come back to haunt you.

The store is very nasty. The workers do not care if someone walks in to order and they leave you just standing up front while they are messing off in the back. Not my husband but another customer while he was waiting. The pizza was hot at least. The topping were wrong but Ive worked all day and just dealt with it. Payed almost 10 dollars for a salad for 2 thats actually only for one person and 1 piece of ham and one piece of salami cut into 4 pieces and 3 tomatoes. Very disappointed we payed 35 dollars for a 1 person salad and a pizza with wrong toppings. Should have read reviews on this place. What a waste of money and time.. The only reason for 2 stars is it was edible.

I work in Donelson, but live in Ashland City. My boyfriend and I typically LOVE Jet's and since there isn't a location in Ashland City, I order from the Hermitage store and take it home.
I ordered online, with no problems. I asked for a 4:30 pm delivery time. However, the pizza did not arrive until 5:05 pm. The delivery guy was pretty rude, never apologizing for the late arrival.
Upon getting the pizza home, we opened the box and realized that there was NO sauce on either half of our pizza and instead of "mild peppers", they topped my boyfriend's pizza with pineapple.

Last night while driving, driver didn’t stop at the pull out and just flew into traffic and almost hit us. Had to slam on the breaks and honk, guy behind us almost hit us. Really negligent driving in a company car.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I ordered a pizza online at 12:37p with a pick up time of 1:02p. I arrived at the store around 1:05p to pick up my order. I told the girl behind the counter that I was there to pick up an order I had placed online. She gave me kind of a wide eyed look like she didn't know what I was talking about. She looked to the warmer behind her (there was nothing there) then wandered around in back a bit. At this point I was thinking my pizza had probably not been made. She came back and told me it would be about 15 minutes. At this point, I knew my order had never been made even though she gave me no explanation, just that it would be about 15 minutes. At that point I asked to speak with a manager. She told me he was out front doing an interview. I told her that it was clear my pizza hadn't been made and that I wanted my money back and that she needed to get the manager. I offered to get him myself if she didn't want to do it, but also told her it would be considerably less pleasant if I had to go get him. She went to get him and he came in and asked how things were going? He never asked what was going on, never apologized, and never offered to make things right. Nothing... At that point I told him things weren't great and that I wanted my money back ( I had already paid with a card online) He went to the register, refunded my card and handed my the receipt. Again, no apology, no explanation and no offer to make things right. Horrible management, horrible customer service, and all in all bad business.
