They drive-thru is great and fast. There's two lanes and the person take the orders is fast and accurate. Our order was perfectly correct and our fries were still hot (always a big point of interest when eating at any McDs).

This McDonald’s is very slow on weekends I don’t know what happened but they use to be very fast a couple months ago I’m not racist but too many Mexicans over there and they don’t speak good English so I can’t understand when they take my orders or when at the second window one lady was very rude and had a attitude she was a manager on second shift she was a short lady with a beanie on and I don’t know what happened to Jerome he was a really good manager ever since I haven’t seen him this McDonald’s has been very bad!! Another black individual at the second window was very nice to me and gave my food quick he had gold teeth every time I see him he is very nice and is very fast he Also has a broken hand because he had on a cast. he is very good at his job!! Please get more employees that can communicate well 🙏🏻

This McDonald's is consistently bad, and it has been for the past 5 years or so. Long wait times for small orders are normal, long waits at the drive through are normal, very slow workers inside are normal. The only thing that keeps this location going is because it's right off the interstate and attached to a gas station. Guaranteed I could do a better job running this, and given the opportunity, I'd triple revenue. I live close and routinely drive to other McDonald's farther away because it is quicker, more convenient, and less of a headache. Visit at your own risk.

Waited FIFTEEN MINUTES for order of one large coffee and one tea at 745a. Everyone waiting for their food was polite, but fit to be tied. Wrong orders handed out. Dining room cashier was rude and disrespectful to ALL.
Goodbye. Plenty of other choices where we are treated with respect.

Went inside to order, no customers, but food took quite a bit to get. Eating area was dirty, tables not cleaned, floors were a mess, bathroom were disgusting. When we finally got our food, we left to eat in our car instead. Food was hot though.

Always disapointing at this restaurant. Whether you go in drive thru or order thru a delivery service they get the order wrong. Today I used a delivery service 'G.H.' I ordered 2 meals @ 3:30. The 1st driver cancelled in route. The 2nd driver arrived then cancelled. Finally the 3rd driver delivered 2 hours later but half the order was missing. Just 1 drink arrived & it was flat. So we just got the 2 sandwiches. ( no fries) which were stale & cold. Why did they put all these stickers on a big bag with hardly anything???
Worst order ever & terrible service. I will not order from this store again!

I just passed by 10 minutes before they closed, yes i had to be that guy. I ordered two quarter pounders and 20 piece chicken nugget... they made it so well. Fresh all the way. All the ingredients were on it. They treated me real nice.
Reason I'm doing this review is bc usually late orders are not made with love. I'm sitting here watching the sopranos and enjoying a meal that was made with love. Thank you. 😊
